Does the engine turn over? Is the problem worse after sitting or when warm? We start with those details to guide the checks.
We use fuel, ignition, and air-system testing alongside sensor data and stored codes to investigate the cause of the starting or running concern.
We connect the test results to the way your vehicle behaves and explain the repair recommendation or need for further investigation.
We investigate starting problems, stalling, misfires, hesitation, and loss of power at our Pensacola shop. The findings determine the recommended work; we discuss the scope and estimate with you before repairs.
We’ll confirm diagnostic charges before testing and quote repair parts and labor separately. We won’t order parts or begin repairs until you approve the estimate.
A little more about your concern and the work we can help with.
Tell us whether the engine turns over without starting or doesn’t turn over at all. Include any warning lights, when it last ran, and whether the problem changes after sitting or when the engine is warm.
Yes. We also investigate rough idle, misfires, hesitation, stalling, and loss of power. Tell us what happens and under which conditions so we can discuss the concern before scheduling.
Include that history when you request service, along with any changes in the symptoms. We use it with the test results rather than assuming the next part to replace.
We work on most domestic and Asian vehicles. We don’t service European vehicles, diesels, or heavy-duty trucks. Internal engine damage, transmission problems, advanced programming, or specialized equipment needs may require another repair provider. We’ll explain our findings and the next step. Include your vehicle details when you contact us so we can confirm the work before scheduling.

Tell us about your vehicle and what you’ve noticed. We’ll contact you during business hours to discuss the next step.
